In an effort to combine current operations under one roof, PROSOCO, Inc. a manufacturer of masonry cleaning and restoration products, relocated to the East Hills Industrial Park in Lawrence, Kansas. The new facility includes two distinct building uses and types that tie together for a total of 80,000 square feet. A manufacturing facility covering 50,000 square feet boasts architectural pre-cast concrete exterior walls and a pre-engineered roofing system.
The 30,000 square foot, two-story office structure consists of structural steel framing, bar joist and metal deck, with masonry veneer on steel stud in-fill. The two areas are tied together through a wet/dry laboratory. Close cooperation with the client and design/build team lead to a new facility designed and constructed within months.
